8. It's 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves.

Quick and delish main-course salad instructions

1. Put a pan on and heat the water. When it starts to boil, add the eggs and set the timer to 7 mins if you like your hard-boiled eggs yolks softer. I find that they are much nicer that way if you are going to eat them warm. Boil for 10 mins if you prefer them hard..
