Salmon in edible envelope step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry & cut in half.
  3. Place each piece of salmon in center of puff pastry.
  4. Place 4 to 6 pieces of asparagus on each piece of salmon.
  5. Top with 1TBSP of cream cheese & sprinkle with fresh chives.
  6. Fold over each sides of puff pastry to envelop salmon.
  7. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan..
