- It's 4 tbsp of Chive & onion cream cheese.
- It's 1/2 bunch of Asparagus.
- You need 1 packages of Frozen puff pastry, 2 sheets.
Salmon in edible envelope instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll out each sheet of puff pastry & cut in half.
- Place each piece of salmon in center of puff pastry.
- Place 4 to 6 pieces of asparagus on each piece of salmon.
- Top with 1TBSP of cream cheese & sprinkle with fresh chives.
- Fold over each sides of puff pastry to envelop salmon.
- Place in greased 9 x 13 pan..
