1. It's 1 slice of smoked salmon.
2. You need 2 of eggs.
3. Prepare 1 of lemon.
4. You need 1/2 of avocado.
5. It's a few of cherry tomatoes.
6. It's 1 of salad onion.
7. You need 1 of squirt sriracha.
8. You need 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves.
9. You need of Coarse salt and black pepper.
10. You need 1 handful of pumpkin seeds.

Quick and delish main-course salad step by step

1. Put a pan on and heat the water. When it starts to boil, add the eggs and set the timer to 7 mins if you like your hard-boiled eggs yolks softer. I find that they are much nicer that way if you are going to eat them warm. Boil for 10 mins if you prefer them hard..
2. Wash the salad ingredients (you can do this while the water is heating up in the pan).
3. Chop the tomatoes, onion and avocado in that order. Then squeeze half a lemon over the avocado.
4. Add the fresh coriander, sriracha (or chilli flakes), a pinch of salt and a couple of grinds of black pepper and mix well. Set aside..
